CAPIFIL manufactures and markets its own range of Polyamide shots to deburr, deflash and clean all types of thermoset parts or parts from soft materials (zinc, aluminium, etc.).

The CAPIFIL shot is manufactured directly from extruded polyamide strings, making it possible to very effectively deburr or deflash without altering the parts and cost effectively.

Our plastic shot references are cylindrical (0.75 to 2.00 mm in dia.) or cubic (0.55 to 2.00 mm in dia.) in shape, red or natural coloured and are adapted to most of your finishing works.
